Here’s a breakdown of what each component means and why they matter:

 

S: Specific

 

The goal must be clear and specific. A well-defined goal answers questions like:

This can also be done by creating a vision board for yourself to look at every day in the morning when you wake up, and then right before you go to bed at night.
